I called Metka Law, mainly  because it was close by, and because I thought they might handle real estate, though I wasn’t 100% sure.  Well this shot in the dark was absolutely the best thing I could have done.  Where to begin?  First, attorney Metka is super smart, but not stuffy or condescending.  Her and her team were always kind and welcoming, walked me through the process without making me feel stupid, and in the end, I was more than satisfied with the outcome.
